Default How often do you feed birdie bread? Updated after making it

I have what I need to make the birdie bread but it got me wondering how often is it ok to feed them this? Lol I know what eating too much bread does to my kids would it be the same for budgies? I have not given my guys anything other than sprouts and veggies yet aside from their seed diet.

Update

I made some bread with cornmeal, I added kale, squash broccoli and some seed. Rickey loved it and loved it even more when he discovered the seed. Lucy tried a bite but wasn't into it as much as he was. I think her being in condition has made her grumpy lol. Rickey was going nuts for it though I was surprised he was soo willing to try something new.

Does your recipe include whole grain flour or is it white or whole wheat flour? Is there anything sweet in it? None of my animals (dogs included) get anything with white or whole wheat (which is just coloured white bread) or sugar in it unless it is natural sugar in fruits and veggies. Look at the ingredients and see if there is anything that you find questionable and use that to determine how often you would feed it. Hope this helps...

I'm using the one from the stickey except no pellets and cilantro I'm adding kale and squash instead. I was planning on using whole wheat flour since that's what we have already. Can't remember if that one includes cornmeal but another one I was going to make has that in the list
