Default Safe Veggies?

I picked up a box of veggies from Costco called "Taylor Farms Spring Mix" and it contains the following ingredients

May contain some or all of the following: Organic Baby Red Romaine, Organic Baby Tango, Organic Baby Arugula, Organic Baby Red Leaf, Organic Baby Green Romaine, Organic Baby Lolla Rosa, Organic Baby Mizuna, Organic Baby Tatsoi, Organic Baby Green Chard, Organic Baby Red Chard, Organic Baby Red Mustard, Organic Baby Red Oak, Organic Radicchio, Organic Baby Green Leaf, Organic Baby Spinach, Organic Baby Mache, Organic Beet Tops, and Organic Baby Kale

Most of them I know are safe but I'm not 100% sure about Baby Lolla Rosa, Baby Red Oak, etc. some of the more uncommon ones. If you know these are safe/or unsafe please let me know

Thanks!

They should be OK to feed birds. At the top of the list for nutritious greens is dandelion.

I feed my whole flock the same mix and they love it! Several of mine will specifically pick it out of the dish and eat it first Love it when they eat their greens

Thanks guys! I fed it to them, they didn't particularly like it but I'll keep trying and eventually they will probably start liking it. They love peas and corn the most though xD
