Default My Sprouted Seeds

I've sprouted seeds before with containers but just got a seed sprouter and I'm loving it.
Since it is winter here I wanna feed my budgies them. Is there a right time to feed them or can you let the seeds grow longer?
This is what my seeds look like right now My Sprouted Seeds-image.jpg

I've heard that they are most nutritious at that stage, so I would give them to your birds now!

Well, whatever nutrients the plants hold from whatever seeds you're using. Not sure what seeds you're using, but if you know the types of seeds, you can find out the included nutrients in their respective plants on google.

I have seed sprouting trays as well. They are definitely great!

You can feed the seeds to your budgie now and you can also let some of seeds grow longer sprouts and give those to your budgie as well.
My birds like their sprouts a bit longer.

They seemed to enjoy them. Whatever was left went back into the sprouter.
