Default Eggs?

I keep seeing that they are a great addition to the budgie diet. Can I offer them scrambled? I see keeping the shell with it is the way to go, correct? Any other tips?

You can feed them anyway they will eat them. Most popular is hardboiled and then mashed/chopped. Shell's ground up are a good source of calcium, but I would only give them shell's and egg's for that matter, from organic, or free range farm chicken's...

Check out cutelittlebirdies website for a great eggfood recipe, which can be altered to introduce new food's to your bird also.
Egg is particularly good for molting bird's...

And underweight birds, when I give it to mine, they love it so much that they generally hog out on it! But seriously, it is a really great way to give them egg, and loads of different veggies. I see that you have 6 budgies, I would 1/4 Lindsey's recipe, at least at first. The original makes soooooo much. I made the original the first time, and was like, "omg, we are never going to go through this much!" Sure enough, we threw out a little more than half at the end of the 3 day shelf life.

Eggs are a great addition to a budgies diet. After all, this is what sustained them for the first 18 days of their life is it not, so there must be some amazing benefits to it right?

When it comes to making egg food it really is a matter of personal preference. As was mentioned above, this is the recipe I like to give my flock: https://talkbudgies.com/recipes/11405...step-step.html

If it is too much to offer your birds before it goes bad you can always cut the recipe accordingly, or you can freeze it and defrost as needed as well
