Default Frozen veggies/fruits

I give my birds fresh veggies and fruits but I was wondering if they can have frozen veggies or fruits (defrosted of course).....main reason I'm curious is because the fresh ones go bad fast in the fridge (usually before I can use it all)...they would still get fresh stuff too.

Yes, frozen vegetable are great for budgies.
I thaw them in hot water until they reach room temperature and then serve.

I serve my budgies both fresh and frozen vegetables and these are very good for them.

I tried to serve Sammy frozen veggies, but he wouldn't touch them. The guy who owns my fruit shop is super nice and always gives me a little extra piece of veg for Sammy when I buy my produce for that day (a bit of parsley, a stalk of broccoli, etc). Other than that, I just give him what I'm having - particularly with fruit. It help cuts down on waste for a single budgie
