You could give your budgie some weeds, Dandelion and other stuff, mostly anything that is green but they can absolutely not eat this!:
raw and green potatoes
green beans
lettuce sprayed with pesticides
grapefruit
rhubarb
plums
lemons
avocados
Hope that helps a lot! <3 <3
(P.S COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE MY PROFILE PICTURE! <3 <3 WOULD APPRECIATE IT!)

I did some research, and the BEST veggies to feed your budgies ((with the most nutrients in them)) is

Water Cress
Kale
Napa Cabbage ...

But all other veggies are okay for them, with the exception of Avacados which are toxic, and too much spinach can make their bodies stop being able to process calcium.

Wow, that's really great advice. Totally didn't know that about the spinach! Little beau Pete LOVES his spinach. Usually only give him one or two leaves every now and again though.

Also, no Apple seeds or pits of any kind are good. They contain cyanide.
