Default Stubborn Girls!!!

Hell Everyone,
I have been trying for weeks to get my 2 girls to eat veggies, and roudybush pellets and have had no luck...They seem to push thru the roudybush and devour the seed mix.I have tried to slowly mix the roudybush in with their seed BUT THERE SMART!! they fish out the pellets as I see them on the cage floor.... They do like treat sticks that have oatmeal and corn and carrot mix on them, but that is as close to veggies that I can get them to eat
( other than nibbling at corn on the cob)
Can anyone recommend things like the treat sticks or other veggies or fruits to try?? They just don't seem interested in anything other than millet ant kaytee seed.
They LOVE millet and I know its bad for them to have other than on occasion.
I also want to make it challenging to get their treats this way it keeps them busy.

this is the treat sticks they seem to like>>>>>>>>> https://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...fm?pcatid=6087

Mark,
Try some Lafeber's nutriberries. Crumble them in their food dish, and slowly start adding more pellet's, less nutriberries....

My little girl is finicky--very finicky. She only eats certain types of fruit, and it has to be sweet. To know if it's sweet, she makes me eat some first, or it's not "good enough". If she tastes it and it still isn't "good enough", she spits it out and throws a tantrum by screaming and turning her back on me. Even though she's a diva, her all-time favorite is pear for fruit. Her favorite veggies are shredded carrot and lettuce. You can try shredding, chopping, mixing, mashing, boiling, steaming, hanging and crushing the veggies to offer to them in all different ways. Soon they will try some out of curiosity, I'm sure. Randy has given good advice on pellets

Try some Zupreem Fruity Pellets. All my birds love them.
Get the "canary" sized ones though -- the tinest ones they make.

After they get used to the fruity pellets then you can try the Zupreem "natural" pellets.

The first vegetable my guys tried (and loved) was sweet corn kernels sprinkled with a teeny bit of garlic powder (NOT salt).
Budgies seem to love "spicy" tastes.
My guys adore fresh basil, cilantro and chickweed.
They also like zucchini and red pepper.
