Default Rio budgie seed - any good?

Just been doing some more research re good, quality seed. At the moment the fids are on Vitakraft Premium Menu which seems to be fine. I've also read good things about Beaphar. I'm thinking of maybe sticking with the Vitakraft and adding another quality mix to try and ensure they're getting as many healthy ingredients as possible. Or getting Beaphar and adding another seed mix. (Yes, I do give them veg, egg and fruit etc too). I came across this not well-known make on Amazon 'Rio' (maybe Russian? Not sure...)which claims to have good ingredients including 'rare black millet'. Anyone heard of it at all? Any thoughts?
Thanks.

It says:
RIO budgies food is a special selected mixture of healthy grains and seeds loved by budgerigars. The wide variety of ingredients ensures that birds get all the necessary nutrition substances.

Ingredients
Yellow millet, red millet, canary seed, oat peeled, linseed, black millet, oat, niger seed, wheat, hempseed, calcium gluconate, algae

I'm familiar with black millet, some seed mixes do have black millet included as well as the golden and red millet.
I don't know if Rio brand is good or not, they don't sell it in my country.
My flock gets the Vitakraft Premium Menu (sugar free recipe) and I also make my own mix by getting fresh seeds from a local produce store.

Thanks for your quick reply. :-) I am very pleased to know that my budgies are on the same food as yours! I only get the sugar free Vitakraft one too. (Apparently it has honey which some people seem to think is not so good for the birdies, but it seems to be a low percentage according to the contents breakdown, so I'm thinking that's not so bad / too sweet for them).

Default Haiths tonic seed - any good?

Anybody know if this is to be recommended? It's Haiths and supposed to be a supplement to their regular seed.
