Post Sprouting seeds that wont sprout

So I tried to sprout some spray millet, oat groats, and german golden millet, but after following proper instructions none of them will sprout.

My guess is that they were all treated so that they will not sprout.

But my questions is this: I read on a website that even if they are treated sprouting will still "unlock" some enzymes that are locking the nutrients.

Is this true? I don't want my hard work to go to waste.

Also, does YOUR seed sprout? I'm wondering where you have bought your sprouting seeds from.

Thanks for reading this.

James

If the seeds are not sprouting then they are either too old and/or have been treated.

Some Whole Food type markets sell seed as do feed supply stores or you can purchase seed for sprouting on-line.
