Does anyone use supplements for their birds? Why or why not? And if you do, which ones?

Budgies should receive a diet of a good quality seed mix, pellets, healthy fresh vegetables, occasional fruit and egg food.

Using ACV in your budgie's water works as a natural probiotic which promotes good digestive health.

With a healthy diet, you should not need any vitamins or supplements other than Vitamin D3 which is used for birds who get limited direct sunlight.

NOTE: The light should be used for no more than 1/2 hour to 1 hour per day.

I have turtles and tortoises, I know A LOT about d3 and uvb, and uvb, and processing calcium lol.

What exactly is egg food?
