Default Cauliflower safe for budgies?

I checked the notes for safe food for budgies but I did not see Cauliflower on the list. Can I feed my budgie cooked (boiled) Cauliflower?

Stormy prefers raw vegetables over cooked, and he certainly loves raw cauliflower! Try both

I'm so glad the veggies were success!

Way to go--and little Cloud, too!

Way to go, Cloud! Good job on eating your veggies with such gusto! I feed mine cauliflower and they love it raw. I've never actually tried it cooked, I guess the thought never really crossed my mind. They love their broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower trio, and detest anything else that ends up in the same bowl,

I tried offering him raw veggies, but he does not eat then. Because of Cloud's health, now I do eat boiled veggies too. I put some to his plate and same on mine (ok well I put salt and pepper and olive oil on mine cheating ) and he checks out what it is on my plate then convinced to eat his. If I happen to eat anything different, he comes to check it out, but unfortunately he is not allowed to get whatever in my plate. As we all know I do not eat healthy all the time lol
