Default Does Your Budgie(s) LIke Royal Cuisine Seed?

I have bought two new budgies and my sister did me a favor and brought home a package of Royal Cuisine budgie/ Parakeet Mix which is 100% seed which I have not fed my birds until this year when I got sick and now they are showing signs of stress. I have them all back on a real diet again including a mix of seeds and other fruits/veggies as well as Zupreem and then I ran out and forgot to order more right away so now they are on this Royal Cuisine food and I am getting very disgruntled birds ...

How about others, have any of you tried this type of food for your birds and had success or just a lot of scolding budgies and whining cockatiels and such?

I'm not familiar on that brand of seed mix, so I can't comment on it.
You should pay attention to your budgies and see if they are eating enough food. When they don't like a particular brand, they can go as far as completely disregarding the seed mix and this would lead to weight loss and a process of slow starvation.
Even though you have that bag of food, it would be good to order the seed mix your budgies have been used to as well as the pellets.
Offering fresh foods on a daily basis will also be of benefit to your budgies' health.
If they are picky eaters you can try to entice them to eat fresh foods by sprouting some seeds. Romaine lettuce is usually a big hit even for the pickiest birds, so you can try that out too.

For all the information and tips on how to improve your budgies diet, be sure to check the Diet and Nutrition section.

Yes I ran out of Zupreem Fruit Blend and gave them this new food that the pet shops seem to be selling and I do see them eating it happily.

I also bought them Kytee seed for Budgies too. Waiting to give it to them when they have emptied their food dishes. You would think three hungry young ones would eat more.. They also like Hagen seed and I am going to try Sunseed too.
