Default Is this type of oats alright?

I told my sister to buy me plain oats with no artificial flavouring (and all the requirements) so I could feed it to my birds and this is what she could only find.

Natural Food Producers & Manufacturers - Red Tractor - Australia

^^^I have that exact same packet with me here but instead of the serving size 38g, mine is 41g.

(Average quantity per serving)
Energy - 666.1kJ
Protein - 5.07g
Beta-Glucan - 1.4g
Fat -Total: 3.6g
-Saturated: 0.6g
-Trans: <0.1g
Carbohydrates: 23.5g
-Sugars: 0.2g
Total Dietary Fibre: 5.7g
Sodium: 0.9mg

The rest of the info on that site is pretty much the same as what it says on my packet.
Would this be alright to feed to my birds?
I'm thinking of putting it in my budgie treats (told my sis to buy almonds but she said it was too expensive)...

bparakeets is on a distinguished road

As far as I know, (I'm no expert ) yes, it's okay to feed your budgie oats, although I'm not sure the oats being instant would make a difference.
There is some good in this world, Mr. Frodo....and it's worth fighting for.
