Default Best diet to loose weigh

Hello dear friends:
I have always read that converting to pellets is the best way to help a budgie loose weight always giving your little feathered friend veggies and small amount of fruits.

But I want you to help me by putting yourself in my shoes. I can only get access to pellets when a friend comes to visit me so he or she bring me the pellets I ordered online.

My main question is :
which is the best natural way to help your budgie loose weight?

Okey , I will do everything to help her to loose weight.
I know that exercising is one of the best options.
A balance nutrition with vegetable mostly.

Is it possible for my female budgie to loose weight without eating pellets ( remember I hardly ever have access to pellets for the reasons I previously mention).

I will be reading everything about nutrition. I need to help her overcome her obesity

Please if you ever had an obese budgie could you share your experiences with me, and can you suggest me an effective diet with natural food for my beloved budgie. I will be pretty thankful

Limit the amount of high fat seed your budgie receives.

Do not feed fruit except as an occasional treat as it is high in sugar content.

Limit or eliminate any seed "treat sticks" you may give your budgie

Encourage exercise and feed quantities of low fat, healthy budgie safe vegetables.
Look at the sticky on Budgie Safe Foods

Consider sprouting the seeds you give your budgies
