Default Is his cere normal?

Hi Dear Friends,

Do you think Huck Finn's cere is normal? It seems a bit flakey to me and I'm worried he might have mites! I'm not experienced with this at all.

Your Huck's cere and beak are perfectly normal and healthy, he doesn't have mites, that's just a little peeling.
Budgies can and will moult the old skin off their ceres and that is what is happening to little Huck Finn.
