Unhappy Great tit stopped chirping

Hi everyone i know this is not a place to ask about a great tit but i'm desperately seeking help because the great tit i have has suddenly stopped making almost any sound. She has moved in my house around ten days ago but she has been taken care of for almost a year now. Currently i'm being skeptical about all sorts of things, i think she is fluffing her feathers and having a droopy wing indicating illness but it may be just me from worrying too much. Although she does eat regularly and is active as always. She is most of the time out of the cage going around the house but she is always being watched. Now i'll tell you this, my girlfriend and i found her when she was a fledgling that has fallen out of her nest last summer and i know we should have just left her and observed what's happening but back then we were inexperienced and decided to take care of her. Later on there was an incident where girlfriends dog stepped on her breaking her wing. Sadly there are no vets in our town so we couldn't have done anything, but she "recovered" from that incident sadly leaving her flying days behind. Since then she would occasionally flip herself on the back if she had jumped from a high distance, but would be able to roll back immediately. Now i have noticed she isn't able to roll back if she flips anymore and she flips more often making me skeptical about loss of balance or a droopy wing, but on the other hand, when she is normally jumping and walking she doesn't seem to have any balance issues whatsoever. She even goes as far to jump on the roof inside of the cage and walk upside down which she always does. Now, I also have my budgie Kićo at home so could it be that she's scared of the him, hence she wont make sounds? Usually Kićo tries to bond with her but she's only being cautious when they are interacting and is always on guard. I also want to note that they live in separate cages. Although she's fine around humans and she doesn't mind walking on my shoulders, hands and eating from hand. She only does a very silent and short chirp if i take her in my hands or if someone leaves room and is left alone. I have played a recording of other great tit.s and she did respond to them although not as loud and not as much as her usual chirping. She used to be really vocal but all of a sudden, yesterday she stopped singing. Hopefully she isn't ill because there's no avian vet in my town. Please try to give me some advice and tell me if you recognise this kind of behaviour. Cheers.

The budgie should not be in the same room with the great tit. If the wild bird is ill, the illness may be transmitted to your budgie.
You should have their cages in separate rooms as far away from one another as possible at this time.

Please contact a veterinarian in your area.
Even if the vet is not an Avian Vet, the person should be able to contact one via phone or Skype to discuss how to best treat your bird.

Another option would be to contact a zoo and ask for someone who has experience with wild birds to assist you.
