my best guess is that she has prolapse.
you need to take her to vet asap!

have she been laying eggs?

I am sorry but your sweet hen needs to see an avian vet as soon as possible. It looks like a prolapse, she needs immediate treatment . I wish you luck and send her healing light and prayers.

You need to get her into the Avian Vet Emergency Room right away. Egg Binding is extremely serious and if she isn't treated right away it can be fatal.

Good luck and let us know how things work out.

Very bad news
The emergency room is not operational for some reason and i cant get her to ANY vet .
I hope the bird will survive untill monday.Vet sayd that i should probaly help her by putting some olive oil and putting her in a warm place.
I put her ontop of the furnace
Is there a tiny change that she will lay the egg herself?
She dosen't look bad and is flying around and eating/drinking/chattering.

I'm really sorry. I hope she will be ok. Fingers crossed!!

Not sure, if this is relevant but just make sure that it's not too hot above the furnace and also that there is no smoke or toxic fumes coming from the furnace.

You'd be better off putting her in a small hospital cage and placing 1/2 of it on a heating pad set on low or a hot water bottle.

You can very gently massage the vent area with warm (NOT hot) olive oil.

Make sure she is eating and especially that she's drinking.

Soaking a millet spray in a sugar-free electrolyte and giving that to her will help her keep up her strength.

You are going to need to be very vigilant and monitor her closely for the next three days.

If you tell me where you are located, I can try to help you find an Avian Vet in your area.

Place her near some steam , a kettle boiling, near the cage, surely there is some emergency vet, are you near a zoo, a bird sanctuary or welfare centre for animals? Please try to find someone.
