Default The Head Tilt Won't Go Away

My little guy has been tilting his head ever since his illness and I sent pictures of it to his doctor. She claims that he might have vitamin deficiency and that he needs some vitamin drops, but the problem is that there's a huge snow storm that came in and I won't be able to travel to the pet store to get it until at least Monday or Tuesday.

Is this something that I need to get ASAP, or will he be okay as long as I get it within the week? I contacted his doctor about it, but I haven't received a response yet.

The only thing I have on me are these old vitamin drops from at least six years ago and I don't want to use those since it's such an old bottle. He's also afraid of anything new, so there's a chance if I put any veggies in his cage, he will not touch or go near it.

If anyone has any advice on what to do, or if there is more to his head tilt, please let me know.

Can you pleas post a picture of him for us to see? I have never heard of a vitamin deficiency causing something like that. It could be like a muscle or neck problem more to me, but I am actually not a vet nor trained so please if I were you once you can safely get out taken him for a check up.
