I'm sorry to hear your budgie has escaped.
Take her cage outside, and play budgie sounds for her.
Hopefully she'll make her way back to you.

I just realized I mis-read your post.

If your budgie's foot has been injured you need to get her to an Avian Vet for the proper diagnosis and treatment.

In the meantime, keep her warm and quiet until you can transport her to the vet.

Good luck and please let us know how she's doing after the vet sees her.

All anyone on the forum can do is offer you advice.

You indicated in your post this is an "emergency".
You need to take the budgie to a professional who can accurately diagnose the problem and prescribe the correct treatment for it.

If this is a problem the budgie has had from the very beginning when you got it, perhaps it has splayed legs.
If not, maybe it was hurt or injured in some way.

For the health and well-being of your budgie, please take it to an Avian Vet right away.
