Default Hand feeding schedule at 3-4 weeks old?

I have decided to handfeed my youngest chick, as I always wanted a handfed budgie and want to see if there is a difference in tameness from the other chicks who are handled daily.

I pulled the chick at 21 days, and have been feeding her for the past 3 days. She takes the formula willingly with a bent spoon.

However I would like some inputs on feeding schedules for a chick this age.
Right now I feed at 9 am, 2 pm, 7pm and 12pm (midnight)

As she gets older, how many hours should I wait between feedings?

I feed Kaytee exact with added probiotics. Should I mix some oatmeal in there for added nutrition? Or any other things I can safely add to add nutrition?

Thanks in advance

The chick will be healthier if you let the parents raise it. You can still handle it for short periods each day to tame it.

I have already read everything on cutelittlebirdies page. I am looking for more opinions on this matter, and experiences from others.

Susan - I want to try this, I have 3 other chicks with the parents already. So far it is healthy and happy. I will never get any experience in this area if I don't try it. I can't see the harm as long as the chick is healthy. I have all 4 chicks together for hours every days, so it is not growing up without its siblings.

I think breeders should be well prepared to raise a chick go ahead
