Default Dylan's wing

He is not ill or anything but when he was a baby his mom plucked his wings (the top of them) & the neck too he recovered from the neck & from the left wing all feathers came out and there is no evidence of the plucking but his right wing he have a spot left where there is no feathers covering it and no pin feathers coming in and even tho its just a tiny part of the original wound i wonder if he ever will have feathers there? maybe his mom pulled the follicule (sp?)

Not an emergency but im beginning to worry as the other wounds healed in 7-10 days after i got him and its been a month and that one spot still hasnt finished been covered?

After his first moult, all of his feathers should grow back in perfectly It's just his very first feathers that were stunted after the plucking.

If it doesn't grow in, then the plucking may have damaged the feather follicle, but usually that doesn't happen.

What if it did damaged the actual feather follicle? Will he have a forever spot of skin there?
