You need to take her to an avian vet ASAP. Is there one in your area?

I agree, sneezing blood is never a good sign and this is not the type of wait and see situation, your budgie really needs immediate professional help from an avian vet.
Apart from the blood, does she seem to have laboured breathing too?
Do you happen to know if there was a night fright or if your budgie has crashed hard into a wall, window or some other surface while flying?

I'm praying for your budgie girl's recovery.

Unfortunately there seems to be no avian vets around.
She had no crush, and there's no sign of heavy breathing.
I asked someone. And saknd it might be a problem with her intestines.

She became heavy since couple of momths ago, because her mate feeds her so much, and she also had digestion problems last month. Vomitted her food a couple of times.

I am sorry but if you do not find an avian vet promptly your budgie could be very ill or die even. When you take a budgie into your home it is up to you to be responsible and provide care and all the health needs for her.
Google avian vets or even a n exotic treating vet. Please don't just allow her to continue to suffer.

I agree, you must take her to a qualified avian vet as soon as you can. This appears to be a very serious condition, and will most likely be fatal unless she receives prompt treatment.

Search on this website to find the closest avian vet.

Association of Avian Veterinarians

Please keep us posted on her condition and I hope she recovers fully
