Default pea shoots, vitamins, and tail nibbles

Somewhat a collection of random queries, but TJs was low on organic veggies this week so I ended up getting these:

Fooducate | eat a bit better

My budgies love them, but I've never let them have too many because I can't seem to find them on the normal "safe" lists for veggies (that said I can't find them on the "toxic" lists either). Does anybody know if these are safe for feathered babies to eat?

Also, somebody on this site on another thread recommended vitamin supplements for my somewhat chronic molter of a bird. He's going through a really bad molt right now so I decided to finally go out and buy vitamins, I got these:

https://petvalu.com/bird/health-and-w...rition?lang=us

Does anybody administer these type of vitamins to their budgies? I've tried to do it with their daily seed as I heard adding it to water can cause extra bacteria to grow in the water dish. I just wanted to check with the community here to see if people have used them, to make sure they are safe, and to ask if vitamins have improved the health of your budgies.

Finally, for the most random of all questions: At night, when both Petrie and Caesar are happy and full and getting ready for bed, I notice that Petrie sits under Caesar and lightly chews/nibbles on his tail. Caesar doesn't seem to care... but any idea what this is about? Affection? A transition from normal seed/veggie eating budgie to budgie-cannibalism?

Thanks as always for the budgie-wisdom!

Anyone?

I'm more concerned about the vitamins bit and what the tail nibbles means... they'll survive without pea shoots for a night

Also wanted to add a bit of an update:

In addition the tail nibbles ritual, last night they were singing and head bobbing to each other in sort of an amorous way... which is really confusing as they are both boys. After the songs/head bobs when Caesar got too close they had a little tiff, no major pecks, but definitely looked aggressive! So they went from being lovely dovey to attacking each other (but not REALLY attacking, not the way I've seen some female budgies attack males).

I don't know if they love each other or hate each other, it is really confusing.
