Question Angel Sex and Mutation?

I am still new to sexing budgies who are not 100% obviously male or female. What is throwing me off about Angel is that the center of her cere is blue, not white, and this is giving me doubts that she is female. I would love some input.

I am also unsure of her mutation. She refuses to face the camera, but she has a wide band of blue/grey the same color as her upper back that runs across her upper and middle front side. Her feet and nails are pink, and all the photos were taken in a CLOSED cage with the camera against the bars.

Thanks! Sorry the pics are sideways :/

I'll say cobalt violet opaline double factor dominant pied hen.

... but another mutation might have eliminated all her head and wing markings ...

Definitely a Hen, and some kind of pied, that is about the limit of my mutation knowledge. Beautiful bird....

Thank you. I took her out of a horrible situation when she was just out of the nest and have always kind of considered her a foster, but have now made the choice to keep her permanently.

I got a pic of her belly!

Defiantly dominant pied, opaline, cobalt violet. I have to say it's a boy. Solid pink color with no white says boy to me

I'd say it is a Mauve Double Factor Dominant pied, looks like a boy from the blue in its cere, but has some brown anomoly going on there also.
Its a lovely type budgie, I like particularly the lack of wing checks normaly associated with the Double factor Dom Pieds.
