Default Green Stops Eating Roudybush

Our 4 year old female, "Green" used to love roudybush pellets for years until very recently. Now at most she will take a couple bites then stop eating it. She still has an appetite for seed and oats however. I know birds will not eat food if it is going bad. However I smelled the roudybush and it smells normal. I tasted it and it tastes like nothing just as it usually does. The expiry date on the bag is a couple years away.

She is going through a molt during this time. Can that effect what a bird likes to eat?

We don't like this because the roudybush is supposed to be full of nutrients and now she doesn't want to eat it.

I would imagine that some birds just go through "phases", like children do.
My budgie used to love it when I gave her whole carrots, now she doesn't like carrots at all!
Since it doesn't seem like she's stopped eating because she's sick and she's still eating other things, I would try another type of pellets, maybe a different size, brand, or color, but with similar ingredients. Personally, my girl loves ZuPreem fruity pellets because they're colorful and taste fruity!
I would just see if she responds to another type of food
