Default Do your Budgies stand almost beak to beak

and have long conversations? Head bobbing sometimes, tapping beaks, chirping and warbling like they are telling each other long stories? Russell and Oliver do this every day a few times a day. They just talk and talk and talk and talk to each other. Sometimes they run around in a couple of circles, but then come back to face the other bird and just warble. It's the funnest thing to watch because they are communicating something to each other and I wish I could know what.

All the time, and I can't get over how adorable it is. Sometimes they are just mushing their little faces into each other, beak to beak or chin to chin, and make the cutest, little noises. They stand like that, leaning on each other, until one of them falls asleep and loses his balance..

I believe we are going to have to see this on video in order to truly discern what may or may not be going on....

Oh yes they are so adorable, if you learn what their body language means it will help, my Budget is getting better t communicating with the other two. When I first introduced him to the m he flew straight up to them and jumped on them As he does to me, he had no idea he was a budgie They have taught him so much. I guess I am double lucky as Budget is a budgie who is bilingual.

There's never any feather pulling, feet biting, chasing each other off of a play gym or table...They are just too nice to do that. But they have a conversation like this one several times a day, every day.

Mine do not do this as much as your birds do. Your pair are the best of friends by the way they are relating with each other.

Mine do, too. Attached is a picture of a "meeting" among father and his two sons (from two different hens).
