Well my baby girl Snuggles is about 5 months old and her 2 year old male friend Buttons is totally smitten with her (has been all along). I starting giving less daylight hours back in January and this sure made a difference in Button acting aggressive with her. Now he just loves to be with her and would beak play all day long if she let him. She is a very calm sweet bird who likes him (or tolerates himI'm not sure which) but she plays hard to get giving him play kisses usually in the morning and then later in the day. Not sure she sees him as a boy yet! I don't want egg laying so am following all the rules! Being spring, the outside birds start singing well before I get my two up but they seem to sleep through it with a cover on. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next while but I'm going to continue giving my two around 13 hours of sleep time and hope they continue to stay good friends without any problems.
