Hellow All this site has been so helpfull to me....i bought my budgies a week ago bt i had to bad incident with the birds 1: first tym one of the bird tried to escape and i took a bit rough hand to catch it again thn it got scared and started tail bobbing
2nd one is today i noticed poop stuck to my other budgies butt and i found that i should clean them immediately and when i got the bird it screamed too loud and tried to get away put some serious bite on my finger though i removed those poop ...will my budgie still be tamed? i want to tame them and want them out of the cage any suggestion for me?

Hello Rafi, welcome to talk budgies...

I made your post into a thread of it's own so everyone can give you their input. It sound's like your new bird's are just going through the normal settling in process. Are you feeding them the same food they were eating from where you got them ? Cleaning up the vent area is a good thing as this can be dangerous to the bird if left uncleaned. If you need to pick your bird's up for cleaning use a small hand towel or cloth which will help them to not fear your hand.

There is a ton of info in our sticky's that will benefit you and your bird's greatly if you read. I recommend getting them started on a regular schedule of Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother" in it, in their water every third day. 1/4 tsp.of the ACV to every 4 oz. of water. A wellness check, and testing at an avian vet is alway's a good thing too. Do some reading here, and don't be afraid to ask question's. Would love to see some pics....
