The problem is that when i put veggies in the dishes she just pick up and throw it all over the floor in her cage!

What can i do to stop her doing it.

That made me giggle, as mine does the same! Even if I blend it with her seeds, she'll pick out the veggies and drop them on the floor. I've no advice, I'm afraid, but I'm sure some of the more experienced people here will have suggestions

Personally, I think she's enjoying flinging her veggies. However, if you're concerned because you want her to actually eat them, I'd advise clipping them to the side of the cage. The only way I can get my kids to eat their veggies is by clipping the veggies to the bars of the cage with clothes pins. You can also skewer her veggies onto a stainless steel skewer, and hang it from the top of her cage.

It is a bit funny, here is a picture of her after. I don't know how to clean the mess she has in the face.

I currently have two budgies that have white faces. They definitely tend to stain easily. Rarely a day goes by in which Charlie hasn't gotten his face stained. You can try misting her with water to help get some of the stains out.

I put whole verges on the floor and let them eat it from there but I do have a female that likes to overturn her bowls including the water. Drives me nuts lol
