Sweetie LOVES to make a loud kissing noise. He makes kissing noises to the vet whenever I get his nails trimmed, all the vet techs are in love with him, hahahahaha

Your Peepers is really smart and your Owen is just adorable. My two know my 'name' is Mama, my husband is 'Dada', and they know each other's names. They also know the cat's names are Willow and Elora.

Sweetie and I play a game where he whistles something he's made up, and I have to copy him. Then he'll do a longer more complicated whistle, and I have to copy that. This continues until I make a mistake, then he gets all excited and chirpy, impressed with himself, haha.
I've also taught him to whistle the FF9 victory battle theme, the Jurassic park theme, and the Game of Thrones theme. Because I am ridiculous.
Wow! That is so impressive! Buddy doesn't whistle I whistle to him and spontaneously when something i like comes on the TV, but he doesn't copy me or whistle on his own. Not giving up though!

Sweetie is very much a people person (a bird person??), I think he just badly wanted a friend and was terrible lonely when I got him.
Your Buddy is just a baby, you have years yet to chat with him every day.
