Default Tweety's new odd (?) behavior

I was wondering about something Tweety recently started to do and had started a few months after having gotten a new (and first) cage mate. She lived in a cage on her own for some time with me coming in every day a few times and whistling to her, talking and just cleaning up. Got her Aero and the two get along great aside from the occasional little things. Aero wants to flirt and she doesn't etc. They normally sit on the same perch and very rarely do I see the two preen each others feathers but they do.

But Tweety swings her head from one side to the other multiple times. It isn't a bob up and down like I've seen all my budgies do when they are happy (or in Aeros' case when doing the courtship dance). I have tried to look it up but the only thing I have found is nothing. It has just struck me as odd and I have no idea what it means or even if it means anything.

I have tried to record it but the second I go to she instantly stops and she won't do it if I am in the room sitting quietly and being extremely still.

If I know what you're talking about, that's the "I have attitude!" bob... I've seen my females do it when they are agitated with other females.

It sound like the movement Budgey makes towards his bell when it isn't doing what he thinks it should He also makes a funny noise when he does it in fact he ends up doing it quite fast and sort of near miss hitting it . If it is the same that is .

My budgie boy does this also. Sometimes, he also mixes it up with a circular motion of his head/upper body. It's usually mixed in with some running back and forth on a perch, so I assumed is just being silly and playful.

JW if it is attitude oh I can believe that as she does have one but she is the only female in the cage though I can see it being aimed at Aero at times.
