Default Non-stop courting

Hi everyone! I've only had my 4 budgies for 2 weeks now, and they seem to be adjusting well. It took them a week to begin exploring their new home and interacting with one another. I was told by the pet store that they were all quite young (anywhere from 3 to 6 months), and two of them still have their baby bars. Only one of them (Luna--3rd from left) has a cere that is identifiable (female), but she keeps to herself and ignores the others for the most part.

One of my budgies, Astro (far left), has started courting Lemon (far right) relentlessly, and she doesn't seem to mind. He will also court the other two budgies to a lesser extent when she takes a break from responding. His courting involves bobbing his head up and down, making very sweet sounds, and "kissing" beaks. Lemon very happily responds to the beak "kissing". Is it normal for such a young bird to be courting for a good portion of the day, and to court with multiple birds in the flock? They seem too young to breed, so is there any reason to be concerned that Astro will attempt to mate with Lemon, or is this just playful courting?

Also, if anyone can identify the sex/age of any of the budgies based on the photo, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Some budgies depending on personality are more outgoing and like to show their enthusiasm more openly than others and like to show affection too. It's okay for your budgie to be more passionate and friendly towards his companions.
You shouldn't have any problems as long as you don't give them anything that they could use as a nest.

EDIT: Since your budgies are all pieds, it really is best to take a better quality photo in natural light (no flash from camera)
The third budgie is a female since she already has the mature coloured cere, I'd say she is at least 6 months old.
The 4th budgie appears to be female but better photo would help confirm it.
The first budgie appears to be female too, but a better photo is needed, the second budgie looks like a boy, but would also need better photo to confirm it.
The first two budgie's I'd say are about 3 and a half to 4 months old at the latest. The 4th budgie is possibly about 5 months old.
I'm not able to properly see the forehead barring or lack of it from that photo, so this is the best I can do as far as age estimate goes.

Thanks Aluz! Those age estimates confirm what I had suspected (and what I was told by the pet store).

As for the sex, I'll take photos with better lighting and repost in that forum later. We had suspected what you suggested with the exception of the first bird. His behaviour seems to be what one would expect from a male rather than a female (very flirty/head bobbing and talkative with more complex sounds, with no loud "bossy" sounds), but time will tell.
