FYI all birds are referred to as species, not breed as in dogs and cats. Cute birds most likely female.

Hi there. Your pictures aren't really clear enough to make a good guess. The cere needs to be front on, taken without any flash and I honestly can't make out any red eyes.
Pretty colouring though. Does he/she have a name?

Your little budgie is beautiful!
Unfortunately, I'm not good at mutations so I can't offer any help with that but I'm sure one of our experts will be along soon to give you their opinion.

I'm not sure what you mean by "red" eyes.
Are you referring to the area around the budgie's eyes because the actual eye itself looks the normal black color.

In order to get a definitive answer with regard to your budgie's gender please submit photos that are clear, in-focus close-ups of the cere taken in natural light.

For the budgie's mutation, you'll need full body photos of both the front and back showing the wings and tail so an accurate assessment can be made.

This links will help you know the proper type of photos to post.

Looks like a boy to me & about the mutation it could be a skyblue lacewing as they have red eyes.

Need clearer shots of the cere to accurately determine the gender .

You have a fallow right there !
You should be pleased as they're one of the more uncommon mutations out there .
