You're welcome! There is a lot of good information on the stickies at the Training and Bonding section here at Talk Budgies.
Also budgie girls can be tamed just as well as the boys, it all comes down to personality and your cute lutino girl seems to be really sweet and comfortable while perched on your finger. :)

How can I find other members gender? Also, if I train her can she speak?

Do you mean your other budgies gender? You can post some of pictures of them here, like you did with your budgie girl. You can also look at the stickies here at the Sexing section for examples of budgies of both genders so you have a better idea of how the ceres look like.

All budgies have the potential to mimic speech, but this doesn't mean all will end up by developing the skill and actually talk. While it's more common for the males to speak, females can also mimic and learn human speech. Personality also plays an important role here and a very chatty female who loves to sing can in fact learn some words or mimic other sounds.
