Actually, he could be a yellow-based dark eyed clear. Would need better pictures of his eyes to know which, as well as to guess age since both varieties lack the "baby bars" on the head. It's harder to guess the age of these mutations, but I can tell you he is older than 12 weeks because he has no excess melanin on his beak.

The eyes look red in the second picture - are they ruby colored?

It appears your little one is a male lutino.

If the eyes are coal black, then he is a Dark Eyed Clear (DEC)

Hello and welcome to the forums

I agree, he looks like a precious little lutino. What's his name?
How long have you had him? Sometimes budgies bite when they're scared or worried, and they will grow out of it when they learn to trust you.

Hope you find all the information you need on here! It's great to have you and there's no better place to be If you have any other questions, please do ask as we'd be more than happy to help.

Thanks for commenting😊 his name's tweety and he's been with me for 4 days. He's still so quiet maybe because of lacking budgie company. He doesnt sing much.Isnt it weird that he's quiet as a male budgie? I thought he was a "she" when I bought him.
Its nice to meet people from all around the world who adore birds like me. You are all so helpful and sincere. I appreciate so much😊😊

All new birds are quiet, whether male or female, in the first few days you get them Four days is still very early to tell if he's happy, or chirpy. I'm sure in a week or two he'll be more settled in and begin to move, play, and vocalize more.

Silence means danger to budgies, so you should play some quiet background music to make him feel safer, you can also cover his cage on three sides as it means security.

Tweety is beautiful!
