It's a girl. I'm no expert with mutations, but looks like a lutino with the red eye. Is this one that you're looking to get?

Hello again, I have answered all those questions on your introductory thread.

For future reference, try to refrain from asking the same questions, when they have already been answered and thoroughly elaborated on.

I will say again that your budgies are too young to breed and you need to remove the nesting pots. And until they come of age, you can take your time in getting to know the species and doing the necessary research. Check the info on the stickies at the Breeding section of Talk Budgies.
When the time is right and you feel you are ready to take on the responsibility of breeding and all the challenges that it entails, then separate each of your budgie couples (1 couple per cage) into their own cage and allow them to breed by placing a nest on the cage.
