Default Accessories safe? ...buying more for Jenni and Simmi!

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place, but hopefully it's OK to post it here. I've been buying more things for Jenni and Simmi, continuing to try and upgrade and improve their house.:-)
They already have a branch perch 'upstairs', but I wanted to get them one for 'downstairs'. Although this one I've just bought is similar, it's from a different seller. I know if you put a real branch in directly from outside, you should do certain things to prepare it. This is from the manufacturer and I've given it just a wipe down. Do you think it's now OK / safe to put in the cage?
I've attached a photo of it, and their new extra for dish, for putting in egg mix etc that I make them.
Thanks.

They look good to me, Susan. I have a few of those food cups for both my budgies and lovebirds.
My lovie Khaleesi also has his egg food in one of those cups, only the colour of the container is blue. I have them in blue and green.

Aw, thank you for replying so fast!:-) I'm glad to know they're OK, especially the branch, as I was bit concerned about it...
Thanks. x

This is now the new layout of their 'downstairs'. Hope it's safe and OK for them, and they'll like it...

You're very welcome!
I'm familiar with the brand your tree perch comes from and have no complaints with their products so far, even though I haven't tried their tree perch branches.
As a general rule, those types of natural branches are all safe for our pet birds.

I have similar branch type perches. I've never had any problem with them.

The cage looks great.

I also use those perches for my guys. They both have one and there's a long one in Jimmy's cage. They seem to like them. I always look at different ones in the pet stores but worry about some being too wide for their little feet. These seem just perfect.

Thanks.:-)

Simmi was out of the cage today (still not sure if it was deliberate?) but it was great as he was out for a good while, and had a good wander around.

Clearly, he wanted to make sure everything was OK with the order as he checked out the invoice from the stuff I bought them...

Then he wanted to see what was on tv. But as there as they weren't any good birdie programmes on, he decided to check out the DVDs....til he saw something even more interesting than that. A very handsome feathery face he could watch instead!

Later he came onto my finger and I gave him a lift home!:-) Long may all this continue.

They are doing so well from when you first got them. You're doing so well with them.

Since getting his new cage, Jimmy hasn't ventured out once!

Aw, thanks, I'm trying to do right by them.:-) But as we know, it all takes time, and there are no guarantees.
Jenni flew out briefly but then flew straight back in again! She was spooked by me moving something in the cage, so she remains a bit nervous. But she did similar yesterday and her flying is very good...better than Simmi's!

I agree with Therm. They look as though they have improved greatly! I know it's just a few pictures and I may be bias but Jenni definitely looks better to me in her appearance. I love seeing thing progress well.
