Question Hyperactive Budgie.

I have a one year old albino budgie named Asfa. She was fine when we first got her but she is now acting weird for the past two weeks. She hangs upside down and screams loudly from the rings in our cage. She is always jumping around like she is possessed and clutches the cages walls and ceiling. The cage is about the size of an armchair and has four rings and four perches. She has a companion, a blue budgie named Blu. She is simply sitting, eating and scratching herself but Asfa is hanging upside down from the cage on one foot. Swinging from ring to ring. Is this normal for a budgie? I am worried.

As I indicated in your other thread, I think it is critical you separate the two budgies at this time.

She probably just has an active personality, or her active personality has just emerged from settling into her home. or maybe she would enjoy some free out of cage time for flight.
Be thankful she's not a "lump"
