Welcome to the forums!

The budgie on the second photo looks very much like a young girl to me.
Your recessive pied budgie I'd also say it's a girl. I'm seeing faint bluish ceres mingled with white.

Would it be wise to add a boy in the cage since they have already bonded?

Welcome to the forums!

I think you have two boys The cobalt recessive pied budgie (blue and white) is definitely a boy--the cere is pink and purplish. The second budgie (the dilute cobalt yellowface) also appears to be a boy. Although the cere is pale as Aluz says, I see it has a very uniform pink colour.

They are both beautiful and I'm sure we'll get some more members to weigh in And regardless to their gender, if they're already bonded, a third budgie can upset the balance because one of them will end up getting left out and becoming the "third wheel".

It's great to have you with us and hope to see more of your gorgeous birds!

See lol i thought the yellow one (who i call pete) was a boy and the blue one (who i call nala) is the girl. I really wanted to see the whole baby process lol. Ive been reading up their personalities how and how you might be able to tell the difference between a boy and a girl and Nala she is forever chirping, being very active and very loud throughout the day lol and Pete just kinda chills, sleep dont really say much unless I have budgie sounds playing on my computer....I would not want to get another one if things go bad

Your description of the colours sound like boys to me. In the pictures the cere could go either way depending on which photo but somehow the shape of them just feels girlish to me.... maybe another picture or two in a couple more weeks?

I would say you have 2 girls thier, like Tonic said their shape & the faces look more like girls than boys, also thier both look quite young so theirs still time for their ceres to change, for example a female i bread earlier this year until around 8 weeks had a mostly pink cere( i knew it was a female anyway as it was bossy & loud compared to the boys lol) & by that you would think a boy, but then it started getting paler & eventually a light blue with with white nostrils appeared.

By the description of their personalities I would suggest that Pete is a female and Nala possibly is male.

Both budgies are pied (first pic is recessive pied, second pic dominant pied), and in young pied budgies there can be a bit of pink even on females, I've had it happen with my recessive pied chick Peppy, she at first had a pink cere, but it didn't have the translucent quality typical on young males, it had the same consistency and colour I'm seeing on that last pic of your budgies.
As time went on, the white has spread more evenly throughout the cere and the doubts ended.
I'm still going with two girls, being more sure of the yellow face sky blue dominant pied greywing.

Looking more closely at what aluz said I think they are females. Plus their feet are very pink also associated with females. My male budgie has slightly darker
