At the age your chick is currently in, it's not possible to accurately determine the gender through pictures, the cere will still go through some changes and gain a better colour as the chick continues to grow. It would be easier to tell in a couple weeks time as the chick approaches 1 month of age (4 weeks old).

Hi and to Talk Budgies!

How many budgies do you have?
Is this little chick from a pair you bred?
Hopefully, it is still being fed and cared for by its parents as it is awfully young.

Hello and welcome to Talk Budgies!

Your chick is just precious! It's still a little too early to tell, as mentioned, but we can definitely help you in a few weeks

If you have any other questions, please do ask as we'd love to help!
It's great to have you, and (hint hint! ) we love pictures of fuzzy babies

Thank you all for you help.

Yes, she is 4 weeks now and being fed by her parent. I assume she is a female, specially that it's so quite when I take her out of the nest. what do you think?

Your little bird looks very cute and gorgeous. She seems female to me.....not sure.
I guess your first pics were much older(the ones you said were of 3 weeks).
