Exclamation Vacuum Help!

I have a 6x6ft aviary, and cleaning up the bird seed is getting out of hand. I use a smaller, handheld vacuum right now because it's quiet and doesn't freak my budgies out. But when they dump entire food bowls out, I find myself emptying that little vacuum every 2 minutes of cleaning and it's terrible. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for something quiet and easy to clean (since we all know how bird feathers and seed can clog a vacuum...).
Just curious!

Is there any way you could use a broom and dust pan?

I use a small hand held vacuum every day, and then use the big vacuum on the weekends to pick up what the small one leaves behind.

I wish. They're over carpet. Maybe I'll just have to get creative.

I use a Henry. It's pretty loud though. Cyril seems to like it though. He quite often sings along to it.

We have this feeder and LOVE it to death. I was worried about the bird mess because we have them in the middle of our living room, so I didn't want the house destroyed. It helps a TON and we put the millet in there as well.

I use a normal Shark Navigator vacuum and my budgies LOVE the noise.
They try to yell louder than the sound of the vacuum whenever it's running.

I have two F040 sitting in my living room on white carpeting with outside perches on both cages.
I have two more sitting on the same type of carpet in my bedroom for my lovebirds and they LOVE
throwing their food all over the place.

Needless to say, between seed hulls and poop, my carpets get vacuumed a minimum of twice a day.
The bagless feature of the vacuum makes it quite easy to empty and I've had no problem at all with
the hoses handling the seed/feather and poop pickup

To think I was worried about the poor little thing being spooked crazy by the vacuum!
No, not on your nelly. Like yours, FaeryBee, she tries to outdo the noise. Hope she doesn't actually pick it up to mimic!!
Sorry, that's not offering any practical advice, is it?
