Default Question about my budgie's behavior

I have two budgie a male and female. Female will lay down and then get up about thirty seconds . I don't have a nest box and her nose isnt brown. What is it.

You need to provide more information. The female may simply be resting.

I want to breed them eventually and I thing she is just resting.

I'm sure she is just resting--budgies have interesting ways of napping sometimes!

As for breeding, lots of research must be undertaken before one should even consider breeding, and based on your current knowledge of budgies you don't seem to know all you need to know yet to breed your birds safely. However, the forums have lots of great breeding information that can begin to build on the massive amount of budgie experience you need to breed your birds.
