Default Tail feather pulling

I've noticed Lacey (who may or may not be female) pulling Artemis (definitely female) tail feathers lately. Artemis doesn't even yell at her when she does this, she just hops away. So it doesn't seem like she's too bothered, because normally she would scream at anything she doesn't like. I'm a little concerned though, because her feathers are bent at the end. They don't act like this all the time. Usually they sit next to each other and talk/preen/sleep, they eat at the same time in different bowls, and will take turns eating from the veggie bowl. Thoughts?

Budgies, especially the younger ones (below 2 years old) can at times playfully grab a mate's big tail feathers with a foot or even use the beak for the same purpose. The intent of this pulling is not to pluck the tail feathers out on purpose, this is not a act of malice, it's more like playful mischief.
From what I have seen with my budgies over the years, this is a behaviour they quickly outgrow.
If your budgies get along well, are very good friends and Artemis isn't visibly bothered by Lacey, then things can stay as they are.
