Exclamation Paint question??

So I live with my Mum and she wants to paint our home. We live on a flat and have no one who could temporarily house our birds. She wants to go paint shopping tomorrow and I said 'remember we have the birds so be careful' and she went on an angry rant about not paying lots of money for paint. I suggested earthborn paints but it's not good enough.

Could I PLEASE get suggestions on paint brands or types? Or a easy explanation on what to looks for? I live in England if that helps.

I have a head issues which makes it super hard to read when it flares up, especially when I'm stressed. I can read a little but that's it. I'm trying to figure anything out online but I can't understand anything enough to make sense of it.

I can keep my birds sealed in my room with towels around the door. We don't have any air con or whatever that connects different rooms air together.

Thank you. I'm super nervous. I just don't want anything to go wrong and everyone thinks I'm over reacting.

Try to get paint that has zero VOC, here in the US I think all major paint manufacturers have a line that is zero VOC. I would think that would be the case anywhere.

It's best to use 100% Zero VOC, Non Toxic & Odorless Paint.

If possible, have fresh air-flow through the rooms that are being painted.

Keeping your budgies in a separate room with towels around the door is always a good idea.
