Welcome to the forums and the ever exciting world of budgie ownership!
You have certainly come to the right place as you will find all you need to know on budgie care here.
Since you are new to budgies, the information on the several articles and sticky threads at the top of each section of the forums will be extremely useful as you become more familiar with the species.
In order to determine gender more accurately, better and more close up pictures showing the whole beak/cere area taken in natural lighting (no flash from camera) are needed. The same thing goes for identifying their colours.
From what I'm seeing, it seems the budgie on the first picture is a grey recessive pied budgie.
On the second picture it seems the ceres of your budgies have a uniform pinkish colour, if that is what you see for real then you have two boys there.
The one furthest away I think is a sky blue yellow face type II greywing opaline dominant pied budgie.
Your other one is a light green dominant pied opaline budgie.
Better photos of all 3 of your budgie would help in confirming (or denying) this first assessment.
