Default safe climbing net material?

i Saw this on youtube and i want to make a climbing net for my budgies to make a little playground and i think this is a safe and natural material?

i ask this because i want my plaground to be completely safe and hand made because here in venezuela the country is going trough a huge crisis so everything is so expensive and even in the pets shops they dosnt even sell cuttlebone or millet even perches and if they do they are EXTRA expensive and i am begining to grow seed for my budgies and yess i feed them daily they always have food but despite the situation i want my budgies have a good life dosnt matter what

Yes, you can absolutely make your climbing net for your budgies.
I would suggest that one the net is completed, you ensure you disinfect it with boiling water, and let it air-dry in the sun before using it.

We'd love to see a picture once you have it completed.

If you can find dried cuttlefish bones on the beach, you can disinfect and use those for your budgies as well.
