is this toy for budgies?

Just curious if budgie beak is strong enough to press the buttons on this toy or not? (if anyone has this toy please let me know!)

The toy features four easy-press buttons that your bird can press to activate individual phrases.

I'm not familiar with that toy, so I can't really answer if a budgie would be able to successfully press the buttons with the beak or not.
Possibly a budgie could inadvertently press the buttons while standing on the toy and that would be due to the body weight while perching/sitting on it.

Personally, I wouldn't use such toy for my budgies or lovebirds (or any other bird, really).
Just the fact that it has a mirror on it is a big no-no. For lovebirds, they could easily detach the buttons and the toy could turn into an hazard.
If the budgies happen to chew on the toy, with time significant damage can also be done and the risks for the budgies would also be similar.

If you're looking at toys to encourage talking there's this:

Mimic Me - Voice Recording Training Device

Nice point is that you record for it, so it can be your voice saying your phrases rather than e.g. Animal noises plus it's not placed inside the cage so safe to use.

It's not interactive though & I'm not sure if these items actually work well as a talking aid though.

I have the "Mimic Me" toy.

While it might work with one budgie, with my flock of 9 it doesn't seem to have any effect on their desire to talk (in people words) whatsoever.
