Exclamation My budgie tries to bite my hand and i cant figure out how to teach him to stop!

My budgie Ink (who is 4+ months old) tries to bite my hand and no matter what i try, he continues biting...and the worst part is that his beak is pretty sharp and it actually hurts he manages to bite my finger/hand...Please help me out here...ive tried everything and nothing has worked!
