Default Baby budgie constantly wants to be held how can I do this?

Hi everyone! I rescued a baby (really young, has to be spoonfed) from bad conditions in a pet store. Now, she constantly wants to be in my hands, up against my body. I'm willing to do this, but am wondering if there's an easier way.... She seems really clingy, the poor thing, like she really needs her mommy. Any ideas?

Do you have a warm brooder/nest box to put her in? Given her lack of feathers she may be looking for extra warmth and comfort.
It's also normal for her to want to cuddle, especially after each feeding and you can spend 10 -15 minutes with her after each feeding and then placing her back on the brooder for her to sleep. Having a little stuffed animal toy on her brooder would also be good for her to cuddle with as well as a couple of toys for her to be occupied, you can teach her how to play with them, so that she later on is able to occupy herself with them.
Little by little, you will get her on a scheduled routine and she will soon adjust to this.

Best of luck!
