Default Female budgie cere

So this is happening now to my female budgie jill her cere when i got here is completely brown which i know she is a female and she is on breeding condition (take not that i absolutely no intention of breeding) when i just noticed today that her cere is like this now Female budgie cere-20170107_133351_hdr.jpg
Is she going out in the breeding mood? Does it affects her health or something? Recently i'm reducing the seeds feeding them only twice a day and leaving the veggies was that affecting them?

Here is another pic of her

It appears that she is coming out of breeding condition at this time and her cere is reverting back to the normal non-condition color.

There is nothig to worry about it right? Coz i know in males will have testicles problems but with female i don't know...if she is out of breeding well i guess it's ok since i don't plan on breeding

I agree, your budgie is currently in the process of going out of breeding condition. This is perfectly normal and not a cause for concern, some hens will even at times have half of the cere white and the other half dark brown.
The way they get out and come into breeding condition will also vary, sometimes the cere will gradually tan uniformly while other times it will not and the same applies when coming out of breeding condition.

As aluz explained, she's fine and everything is normal.

I'm closing the thread at this time.
